Welcome to Acorn Holiday Cottage in the centre of Bakewell, the heart of the Peak District.
Situated in the famous town of Bakewell - the heart of the Peak District
Acorn Cottage offers newly refurbished self-catering accommodation and has had no expense spared on its furnishing and decor.
This modern high standard self-catering accommodation is located in the centre of Bakewell (not on the outskirts). It is just a short 2 minute walk (400 yards) down to the centre of this historic town.
The cottage sleeps 2 people with a super king size top of the range pocket sprung bed.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor (no stairs to climb). Professionally fitted en-suite bathroom with a luxurious large walk-in power shower. The shower cubicle has been slightly raised to give added effect. There is a small room at the side of the bedroom to put your suitcases in etc.
The main room is divided into two parts - a living room area with a comfortable settee, a TV and DVD player - and a kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. There is use of the washing machine at all times in a side room adjacent to the cottage.
The cottage is centrally heated and hot water is available 24 hours a day. There is a very high standard of cleanliness at all times.
There is private parking on the drive opposite the cottage.
Acorn Cottage is a no smoking establishment.
Sorry, no children and no dogs (Except guide dogs)
Full-week bookings run from Friday to Friday. Check-in is at 2pm on the day of arrival and departure is before 10.00am on the day of departure.
